📋 Who Is Eligible? (Eligibility Criteria)
To maintain fairness and transparency, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Must be a permanent resident of Punjab
- Must be registered in the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER)
- Registered with Social Security or Workers Welfare Board
- Must possess a valid CNIC issued by NADRA
- The mobile number must be registered on the same CNIC
- Monthly household income must be below Rs. 50,000
- PMT (Proxy Means Test) score must be less than 35
- Government employees are not eligible
- Only one member per household can apply
- Families without property or house ownership are eligible
- Non-tax filers can also apply
- Families already receiving BISP benefits are not eligible
- Both men and women from deserving families can apply
